You pay me, and I work only for you. No conflict of interest. I don’t get paid commission from anybody for so-called “free” advice. There is no free lunch.

Win-win approach

Your success comes first. Only if I can deliver value to you will I charge you money. But I have not yet met anyone whom I could not help improve even a tiny bit.

I hate debt

Debt is cancer. Avoid it as a plague and get rid of it. Mortgage is a tiny exception that only confirms the rule.

Flexibility

As the usual financial advisers or mortgage brokers have well-written and learned scripts and answers to your questions, this is not how I work. I’m open to any problem related to money and I will try to answer to any of your questions. If not immediately, then after some research.

No fancy website

What you see is work in progress. But I don’t want a glamorous website to distract you from what really matters. Not to mention, I don’t want to spend my hard-earned money on some fluff.
